Commander Bard brute-forced Site ████-██, annihilating not only the on-site MTF squad, but also the 4 squads sent as reinforcements, before detonating the warhead within the site and leaving via helicopter. Chaosmaker and Warhead are part of Commander Bard's personal team, and are considered extremely dangerous as they have all managed to destroy a site through various means. The Chaos Insurgency has a multitude of powerful assets, which currently consist of Agent Chaosmaker, The Warhead, and Commander Bard. He has a personal squad that is only second to the Emperor of Itraizar, and the organization has only one goal- to create a Utopia for humanity, where humanity is at the top. The Chaos Insurgency is lead by Commander Bard, a powerful human with elemental manipulation.
